CRITICAL: AI Services Limitations
The Realty OS platform utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to provide features such as the "AI Assistant," "Chatbot," "Document Summaries," and "Deal Insights." These services are strictly for informational purposes.
Realty OS is NOT a law firm, a surveyor, a financial advisor, or a licensed real estate brokerage.
1. No Professional Advice
The outputs generated by the AI (including but not limited to lease summaries, clause drafting, and market analysis) do not constitute legal, financial, or real estate advice. You, the User (Real Estate Professional), are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before presenting it to a client or using it in a transaction.
2. Risk of Error ("Hallucinations")
You acknowledge that AI models may occasionally produce incorrect, misleading, or fabricated information ("hallucinations"). It is your strict liability to cross-reference AI summaries with original source documents (e.g., matching the AI's summary of an APS against the actual signed APS). Realty OS accepts no liability for deals lost, lawsuits incurred, or damages resulting from reliance on unverified AI outputs.
3. User & Client Responsibility
If you enable the Client-Facing Chatbot, you agree to indemnify Realty OS against any claims arising from your clients' use of the bot. You must inform your clients that they are interacting with an AI system and that they should verify critical information (such as school districts, zoning, or precise square footage) with verified sources.
4. Service Availability & Data
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it. Realty OS is not liable for business losses due to service interruptions, API outages (e.g., CREA DDF downtime), or data delays.
