Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By registering for or using Realty OS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Accounts and Membership

You must be a licensed real estate professional or an authorized staff member of a brokerage to use this Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (including 2FA codes). You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Specifically, you may not:

• Upload client data without appropriate consent.
• Reverse engineer the API or AI models.
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose, including money laundering or fraud.

4. Fees and Payment

Services are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Annually). Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension of access. Refunds are not provided for partial months of service.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Realty OS, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
