You own your client data. Realty OS does not claim ownership of the contact lists or deal documents you upload. However, you grant Realty OS a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and modify such data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (e.g., generating AI summaries).

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
• Process your transactions and manage your account.
• Train our AI models (only on anonymized, non-PII data).

We use "bank-grade" encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Access to production databases is strictly limited to authorized personnel.
